Почти весь рис басмати, который сейчас в Мск продается - пакистанский (невкусный и неароматный). Удалось обнарудить индийский на Дорогомиловском рынке, за пятикилограммовый пакет тамошние барыги просят 1500 р., как-то дороговато. Хотя я готов купить за такие деньги какой-нибудь эксклюзивный басмати, но тот средненького качества (насколько я разбираюсь в марках индийского риса). В "Индийских специях" говорят, что после НГ у них ожидается завоз индийского риса, а пока торгуют пакистанским, как все.
